For over 30 years, we have been committed to bringing people joy and comfort through great designed furniture – and shall endeavour to continue doing so, even in these most trying of circumstances.

Rest assured, although our showroom is temporarily closed, you can still shop with us online and by phone.

Orders & Deliveries

Q. Can I still shop online?
A. Yes. We will continue taking orders online and by phone, and deliver orders within the normal timeframe, in line with official government guidelines:

Q. Do I have to sign for my delivery?
A. No. For the safety of both our customers and staff, we shall be following Public Health England advice and providing contact-free delivery for all orders.

Q. Is your return/cancellation policy affected?
A. No. We will continue to offer our 14-day ‘no quibble’ return/cancellation policy as normal. Should circumstances change and result in our reluctant cancellation of your order, you may rest assured that you will be refunded in full.

Q. Can I still visit the showroom?
A. No. Sadly, we have had to temporarily close our showroom. This is for the protection of both our staff and customers, as per official government guidelines.

Q. Are your offices still open?
A. Yes. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales and logistics teams are still available to take your calls. We are taking all the necessary precautions to maintain the safety of our staff, in line with Public Health England advice.
